True enough, but when I come in to the ER with crushing substernal chest pain radiating down my left arm, I want the doc to rotely put me on Oxygen, give me a baby aspirin and call the cath lab. No thinking. No holding my hand while I infarct more heart. Just get done what needs to get done…and fast.
