  1. Yeah, supposedly I write like H. P. Lovecraft who was known for “weird fiction.” Sounds about right.

I write like David Foster Wallace too apparently. Hmmm

  3. drugmonkey Says:

I am starting to think this is a knock on ol DFW if he writes like a blog post..

  4. Dirk Hanson Says:

Good God. I fed in some fiction, it said I write like Chuck Palahniuk. Why ain’t I rich?

  5. drugmonkey Says:

So supposing someone came up as Stephen King…I mean that guy is certifiable, right?…I’m thinking this DFW guy can’t be all bad.

  6. Candid Engineer Says:

Boring! I write like him too apparently. I’m just going to assume that we are tortured and deep or something.

  7. Coturnix Says:

I also write like David Foster Wallace. And Hemingway writes like Stephen King.

I put a paragraph of an RO1-equivalent I wrote in.

    I write like Chuck Palahniuk.

I put the next paragraph of the same RO1-equivalent in

I write like David Foster Wallace

    and again

Now I write like Stephen King

  9. drugmonkey Says:

I put some random blogger’s douchery in there and got Stephen King. Next post of his, Jane Austen. This thing is random.

  10. namnezia Says:

Totally random – I pasted part of a short story by David Foster Wallace, and he writes like… Dan Brown!

  11. GMP Says:

I checked several random posts (by myself and a few other bloggers), and they all came out as David Foster Wallace. So I’m not too impressed with the service…

It gives the same answer if you copy and paste stuff from timecube.
